An exhibition of work by quilters from across the state of Kentucky promoting breast cancer awareness, celebrating the female body, and using a traditionally female craft, as education, empowerment, and service. This exhibition is made possible by the Quilt Artists of Kentucky and the EKU Women and Gender Studies Program.

Eastern Kentucky University’s Chautauqua Lecture Series and the Department of Art & Design will jointly sponsor a juried art exhibition on the theme of Creative Inquiries. Hosted by the Department of Art & Design at Eastern Kentucky University and the Kentucky Art Education Association, this show features the region’s most creative young artists from grades 9-12. Participating schools include Anderson, Bell, Bourbon, Boyle, Casey, Clark, Clay, Clinton, Estill, Fayette, Franklin, Garrad, Jackson, Jessamine, Knox, Laurel, Lee, Lincoln, Madison, McCreary, Mercer, Owsley, Powell, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Russell, Scott, Wayne, Whitley, and Woodford A wide range of media will be on display.

Art Student Association Annual Juried Exhibition
